Tiivistelmä:Deindustrialization has now occurred in China, which can be seen in the following aspects: here are no goods in great demand while some goods are out of stock; the investment projects shortage and low-level economic development coexist; much domestic capacity is left unused while a lot of foreign equipment and materials are introduced; domestic savings are more than investment and financial institutions have abundant funds. Enterprises change their current deposit into fixed deposit. These factors have caused the economic stagnation or even interruption and resulted in speculation or even "foam economy", which increase the pressure and risk of fiscal and financial departments.
