| Tiivistelmä: | Financial globalization optimizes the allocation of resources and speeds up the world economic development. It also promotes the development of international investment providing opportunities for some developing countries. But at the same time it increases the financial risk, which has affected the policies of finance, currency, rate of exchange and so on. In the course of financial globalization, China should strengthen financial management and control and try to avert financial risk. We should not depend too much on foreign capital for economic development. We should be cautious to open capital account and adopt the autonomous open economic policy. |
