| Tiivistelmä: | The characteristics of the modern international financial speculation: the speculator have great financial strength; every government directly fights against speculation; the direction of international speculation is often the price-bearing bonds market. The means of speculation are new and diversified; the speculators are good at logical thinking and scientific prediction; for the strategies they employ it is difficult to know the real from the false and their operations are very surreptitious.
