| Tiivistelmä: | Some characteristics of competition oriented market economy are discussed. Its strengths and weaknesses are examined under ethical considerations. The ethical responsibility of entrepreneurs is emphasized. The main areas where ethical behaviour are the most important are investigated: obligations relating to shareholders, personnel policy, product and marketing policy, business partnership, acquisitions etc. Some basic problems and principles of ethical behaviour in business are discussed. Famous philosophers and other authors are cited. |
