| Tiivistelmä: | The concept of integrative planning is highlighted. The role of systems theory and cybernetics is demonstrated. The basic objectives, principles, time horizons of the integrative planning system are summarized. The main characteristics and functions of the integrative planning methodology are described. The most important variables of this system must be interconnected with the company's strategic success factors. Profit, liquidity as partly outmoded are characterized, instead solving the problems of customers, development of organizational culture are offered. The elements of meta-planning are discussed: object logic, socio-logic, chrono-logic. The need of integrative organization and control of planning is emphasized. |
