| Tiivistelmä: | The results of a survey of 23 managers are described and analyzed in order to identify the main characteristics of the German-Swiss management landscape. The managerial job is examined within human relations contexts. The sources and use of authority are investigated. The ways of giving instructions, delegating responsibility are discussed. Various leader-subordinate relationships are analyzed. The model character of the managerial behaviour is highlighted. Some important details are word for word cited from the interviews. The formation of a good working community is defined and illustrated. Leadership as an art of motivation, bringing about and transformation is specified. |
