| Tiivistelmä: | Alternative methods to achieving a public stock exchange capable of avoiding some rigid rules, lengthy and cumbersome procedures, and rather significant expense are examined. Two of the most advantageous strategies, the acquisition of control of an existing listed "shall" company, and "spin-offs" are discussed in detail. The strategic benefits, potential drawbacks and procedural steps of these strategies are described and analyzed. Two other methods, the nonpublic sales, and the cross share exchange are referred to briefly. |
