The constant repackaging of old tools is not necessarily a bad thing. When clients ask about TQM or business process re-engineering, you can't just say to them,"Let's talk about common sense". There is an argument for having these things packaged, but there is a risk that if the flag everyone has rallied round becomes devalued, the whole thing falls apart. |
