| Tiivistelmä: | This article presents an experiment which investigated the effects of management styles on the influence strategies used by subordinates.The most important finding was that subordinates responding to the authoritarian manager use more nonrational tactics,as blocking,than those subordinates responding to the participative manager.The behavioral norms in an organization are greated by the manager and the subordinates adapt their behavior according to the organizational environment. |
