| Tiivistelmä: | The outlays on medicine are steadily growing. The cause is that physicians are not interested in choosing the most cost-effective treatment, quite the contrary, they are often involved in marketing campaigns for new drugs which are always more expensive and often without any surplus effect. This state of affairs should be changed by giving a larger role to health insurers. |
