| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this paper is to understand better consumers' preferences through the analysis matrix of the travel risks, and offer the travel agency the strategies of reducing consumers' travel risks. Findings show that consumers expressed that financial and physical risks are related and highly serious: these also imply the cognition of high-perceived risk. |
