| Tiivistelmä: | In the selection of managers and other personnel there is no room for compromise: in the long run a firm's very existence depends on the systematic development of its existing personnel and the careful selection of new staff. There is presented a computer program developed for the selection of new employees and the evaluation of existing personnel. Its structure and range of applications, as well as its advantages for both the firm and the job-applicant are described. By the development of this program the values of experiences of fourteen years employee counselling and development were considered. |
