| Tiivistelmä: | The enterprises in the former East-Germany have to adapt to the changed conditions of free market economy due to the strong competition with western companies. This accelerated development, the complexity and the dynamics of the environmental aspects of the European Market realized in 1993, give rise to a great pressure on these firms. The success of the process of adaptation depends on the quality of their management and organizational structures. The problems and philosophies of these firms when developing their own management and organizational are described. |
