| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this paper is to elucidate the impact of credit and technology on paddy farm employment, output, and income, based on a case study of Tanjong Karang and Beranang in Selangor, Malaysia. The findings of this study can provide a useful basis for formulating pragmatic development strategies commensurate with the aims of the national policy. The application of improved technology is crucial in the striving for higher paddy farm employment opportunities and income. |
