| Tiivistelmä: | The difference in the type of enterprise system decides the difference in merger degree and merger behaviour of enterprises. Historically, with solely-owned enterprises, Partnership enterprises and stock companies changing their sequence merger tended to be centralized and sustained from being decentralized and intermittent. Realistically, the three enterprise systems exist side by side. In such a structure, the horizontal distribution of merger presents an uneven state, that is the merger intensity of stock companies is higher than that of other enterprises. The further analysis shows that the merger intensity of basic enterprise system line made up of solely-owned enterprises, partnership ones and stock companies is higher than the supplementary enterprise system line made up of cooperative enterprises and state-owned enterprises. |
