| Tiivistelmä: | The premise of implementing the principle of national treatment to foreign business people is to practise market economic system. And doing so also demands that a nation's overall economic strengthen is powerful enough. In view of the above, this paper thinks that practising national treatment to foreign business people in China means adjusting not only the foreign investment policy and the relevant laws but also the development direction of domestically-funded enterprises and national industry, deepening the reform of socialist market economic system and continuously enhancing China's comprehensive national strength as well. |
