| Tiivistelmä: | Intra-trade is an essential content of an enterprise's internalization. There are 3 advantages of the intra-trade in the transnational enterprises: first, prevent the loss of the technological advantages. Second, improve the internal safeguarding system of the stability of the multinational operation, and third seek the maximum of profits. The article classifies the intra-trade into two catalogues:clean trade and internal management trade. And it conducts researches on the decision of exercise prices, economic functions and prospect of the two types of intra-trade respectively. |
