| Tiivistelmä: | Over the past two years, there is a distinct problem in China economy. On the one hand, market is weak, and the value of stock in storage is about 3000billion yuan. On the other hand, the effective demands of rural inhabitants are low. The cause of this contradiction is not only the supply of the products but also low-income of farmers, which led to insufficient purchase power. However, basically speaking, it is a policy mistake that results in disequilibrium between industrial and agricultural industry as well as long-term separation between urban and rural areas under the condition of dual- structure. |
