| Tiivistelmä: | In this article the authors analyze the theory of the nature and features of human capital and the development of this theory. The suggest that the dual logic inherent in the values and methodology of neo-classical economics negates the existence of man as a full social human being, whereas the modern enterprise theory incorporates a rediscovery of the complete man and explores the features of human capital. The nature and features of human capital are explored from two aspects:the capacity of human capital in resources allocation, and human capital as a highly specialized information carrier operational subject. |
