| Tiivistelmä: | While peripheral countries are worn out by financial crisis and are suffering from the pressure of inflation, China's market price has remained a low level since the fourth quarter of last year and for the first time, the dropping of both the market retail price and residential consumption has occurred. The expansion of domestic demands includes strengthening investment, stimulating market demand, as well as paying more attention to broadening the market range of participation, reducing industrial protection and monopoly, clearing up those out-of-date policies and systems left by shortage economy, accelerating the marketization of economic environment. In fact, administrative monopoly, local protection, departmental benefits and certain rules and policies are preventing the expansion of market demand and the healthy development of economy. |
