| Tiivistelmä: | In the past 20 years , the greatest economic achievement is that China has thrown off the yoke of scarcity of commodities while the biggest problem is that the effective demand has been insufficient. The occurring and growing of the deficient effective demand shows that China has got some of the major macroeconomic characteristics of the countries which are under market economy. The article, by analyzing the theories of Western macroeconomic policies and the Great Depression in the United States in 1930s, has reached the following conclusion: we must coordinately utilize fiscal and money policies and we shouldn't treat them with partiality. |
