| Tiivistelmä: | The division of industries is based on products. The tertiary industry produces labor products and information products. The characteristic of labor production is that production and consumption take place at the same time. The development of tertiary industry may be quickened by the following three elements: development of productive forces and science and technology; establishment of the system of a market economy and the enhancement of the level of people; livelihood. To develop the tertiary industry, the following policies should be adopted: basic industries are run by the government, new industries are run by intellectual group and ordinary industries are run by the society. |
