| Tiivistelmä: | Hubei province should improve its dual structure of economy, and coordinate and develop the primary, secondary and tertiary industries. Stress will be put on the adjustment of tertiary industry's internal structure. For the basic industries, such as communication and transportation, posts and telecommunication, education undertaking and public utilities, Hubei should develop them steady and at the same time , speed up their transformation. For the traditional industries like trade, tourism, storage and social service, it should make great efforts to develop them. Besides, such rising industries as finance and insurance and real estate should be developed too. |
