Tiivistelmä:Reactions to peer and subordinate rating interventions are sometimes mixed, and acceptance of these interventions can vary widely. If acceptance of a performance appraisal intervention is critical to its success, feelings about peer and subordinate ratings are important issues when implementing these systems. Little research has addressed work context variables in relation to acceptance of peer/upward appraisals. The issues addressed in this study involve work context and situational factors that may influence acceptance of an appraisal system.
