| Tiivistelmä: | Marketing is the final goal of reform of port tolling as well as an objective demand of socialist market economy. It is suggested that port tolling be reformed from the point of view of development and phases. The following measures are also necessary; rectification of the order of port tolling, reform of the current price management system where by port tolling is managed according to relations of affiliation, separation of the government from enterprises. |
