| Tiivistelmä: | Since the July and August of 1992, the economy presented a symptom of overheat tendency. The reasons, according to the basic analysis were insufficient substantive impetus given to the reform and the "expansive impulse" of traditional system standing out obviously. Therefore, in order to prevent the serious fluctuation of economy, a stringent macro-economic policy should be adopted. It is suitable for the rate of economic increase not exceeding 10% in 1993, and the investment scale of social fixed assets not exceeding 18%. The emphasis should be laid on the reform of management mechanism of state-owned enterprises, as well as building up financial market, etc.. |
