| Tiivistelmä: | Based on an analysis and prediction of China's economic operation and national orientation during the 1st half year in 1995, the author put forward some advice on formulating the "Nine Five-year"plan. He highlighted several points in the plan which include: changing the mode of the economic growth and upgrading the overall nature of the national economy; keeping a moderate economic increase rate; speeding up the technologic reform and reenforcing the state-owned enterprise's real power; enhance the investment level in the middle-west part of the country to expedite its development construction; emphasizing on the science, technology and education progress; valuing the natural resources and the environment protection in a view to a real economic and environmental cooperative development. |
