| Tiivistelmä: | By the end of Nov. 1994, the urban and rural residents' savings deposits had toped 2000 billion yuan. The great increase of residents' money is the basic motive force of the increase of savings deposits, while the change of consumption demand and the relatively narrow channel for residents' investment are the factors. With the price indices raised, the inflation-adjusted subsidy rate rises monthly too, thus enhancing people's confidence in inflation-adjusted savings deposits. |
