| Tiivistelmä: | The favorable factors for the development of national economy are the high-speed sustained economic growth, rapid increase of import and export volume and apparently enhanced ability of utilizing world resources. At present , China is one of the "hot points" of investment in the world. If a 8 percent growth rate of GDP can create a relatively loose environment of supply and demand, a 9 percent growth rate of GDP will both ensure the continuation of economic growth and meet the need of reform, development and stability. If GDP grows by 10%, the financial deficit can be reduced, but two-digit inflation will happen. |
