| Tiivistelmä: | Anhui's resources superiority comes first on the list among the provinces in East China and so it surpasses Germany in this line. But it is still in the period of enlightenment in the development of intelligent resources. Overall, it is likely for Anhui province to catch up with the 1983's Germany which it took 150 years from 1833 to 1983 to reach that level in the 50 years from 1980 to 2030. But it is difficult for its to achieve, in 17 years from 1983 to 2000, the success which it took Germany 14 years from 1948 to 1962 to achieve. However, so long as we focus our efforts on intelligent investment and don't seek instant benefits, there is great promise for the future. |
