| Tiivistelmä: | In 1996, the scale of investment in fixed assets will still keep a stable growth. The whole society's investment in fixed assets will be between 2280 and 2380 billion yuan up 14%-18%. It is estimated, according to the management channels of investment, that the investment in capital construction will be 1010 billion yuan, up 21.7% and the investment in renewal of equipment's and technical transformation will rise by 20.5% or so. In terms of the areas for investment, the growth points will still be in the eastern coastal area. The proportion of investment in the central and western areas will still be on the low side. |
