| Tiivistelmä: | Compared with the eastern area, the central and western areas have apparent disadvantages in economic regional position. However, they still have some comparative advantages, such as rich resources, long land border line, some high-tech industries and big and relatively advanced cities. To bring into play these areas' potential advantages and promote the coordinated development in the west and the east, the development pattern with development of high-tech industries as the central task must be formed and the main development orientation made clear in externally opening up and internally cooperating. |
