| Tiivistelmä: | The aggregate regulation and control were effective in 1995 and will continue to be conducted in 1996. But the structure of income distribution was not very rational and the gap in income between the west and the east widened continuously. The industrial loss-making enterprises accounted for over 40% with earned profits falling by 20% or so. So in 1996 the reform of enterprises should be speeded up, the flow and reformation of state-owned assets strengthened and the structure of investment optimized to solve the in-depth contradictions in investment system. |
