| Tiivistelmä: | 1. All-round economic and technological cooperation. Joint factories can be opened for cooperative production. Raw materials from Russia can be processed in China to compensate for goods in short supply in China for want of resources. Joint efforts can be made to tap resources along border rivers. 2 Focus on export of light industrial goods to Russia, including textile, clothing processing instrument , drinks, toys, cosmetics, ceramics, handicrafts, woven materials and clocks. 3. strive to develop foreign trade. In 1993, Russian foreign exchange reserve totaled $ 4 billion, while foreign debt $ 90 billion , hence great potential for barter trade. |
