| Tiivistelmä: | During the Nine Five-Year Plan period, China will still maintain a sustained, rapid and healthy economic development trend. Its main targets of macro regulation and control are as follows: The average annual growth rate of GNP will be kept at 80% or so. The range of price rise will be narrowed apparently. The rate of investment in fixed assets will be controlled at 30% or so. Moderately tight financial and monetary policies will be practiced. The import and export trade under the current account will basically keep balance. The natural growth rate of population and the urban unemployment rate will be controlled at 10.83% and 4% or so respectively. |
