| Tiivistelmä: | Now it is the right time for energy industry to make structural adjustment. During quite a long period of time, the production structure with coal as the main energy source has remained unchanged. But China has already entered the stage of unduly mining coal and recovering rude oil. However, the input in exploration and development is seriously hurt. Two third of coal is used for consumption, which has placed great pressure on environmental protection. Besides, the rate of exploration and utilisation of water resources is less than 12%.
