| Tiivistelmä: | The unfavourable factors: firstly, China is still being excluded from World Trade Organisation; secondly, the change in the rules of trade affects China; Thirdly, it is difficult to turn back to the market for conventional export products. China's foreign trade policy in 1977 will be more preferential. In spite of the difficulties with export, the overall situation is better than that in 1966, with a higher increase rate of 10% and a stable import growth. As a result there will still be considerable payment surplus for China's foreign trade, and the increase rate of foreign exchange reserve will continue to decline, and the rate of exchange of Renminbi will still be set with the trouble of a slight pickup. |
