| Tiivistelmä: | This paper first analyzes the domestic and international environment and the factors influencing China's economic growth and then makes an analysis and forecast in regard to economic growth, investment in fixed assets, consumption import and export, prices and finance relating to the national economy. It considers that 1998 will see a higher economic growth. It is estimated that GDP will rise actually by 10% or so and among it the increase margins of the primary industry, the tertiary industry and building industry will stand at 4.4% or so (a bit higher than 1997) 9.4% or so and 8.9% or so (not so high due to the influence of real estate market). |
