| Tiivistelmä: | According to the budget of grain demand and supply from 2000 to 2030, the grain output with a growth rate of 1% to 1.2% can not satisfy the demand for grain. We should strive for a growth rate of 1.4% and then can realize the balance of the total demand and supply. To reach this objective, we should arouse peasants' enthusiasm by means of price, reform the system of cultivation and develop the winter idle land in the south, accelerate the- formation of SCI-tech achievements, and conduct macro regulation and control over import and export of grain with an aim at stabilizing grain market at home. |
