| Tiivistelmä: | According to forecast, by the year 2020, the overage annual GNP growth rate will stand at 7.5%. Such a high-speed economic development should be supported by the following: the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, the rational proportion of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, that is, 14:40:46, higher investment rate maintaining between 32% and 34% for most of the years, which can provide sufficient investment guarantee. But there also exist such problems as too large population, less per-capita share of resources and weak international competitiveness. Therefore, we should base ourselves on developing economy, strengthen the development of labor resources, raise productivity, promote the upgrading and coordination of industrial structure, and so on. |
