| Tiivistelmä: | The major global adjustment is mainly characterized by wide scope to be involved, long time to be needed (from now to the year 2004 or so) and adjustment contents of fundamental importance. The core problem to solve in the major adjustment is to solve the problem of imbalance of economic structure, which prevails in every country all over the world. Although China was not involved in the financial crisis, her problem of imbalance of economic structure is also quite serious. For instance, the use rate of production capacity of about half of major indsutrial products nationwide is less than 60% and there are many "bubbles" accumulated in economy. Starting from 1999, China should choose a growth rate of 7% and stress optimizating economic structure. |
