| Tiivistelmä: | During the year 1998 to 2008 the growth rate of social labor resources will reduce to 1.4 per cent from 2.2 per cent during the last 20 years and the contribution rate by the increased efficiency will fall to 2.5 per cent form 3.7 per cent. In addition, the growth rate of capital stock and the potential annual growth rate of GDP will reach 6.0 per cent. Since the growth rate of the labor resources and capital stock will decrease gradually , the potential growth rate of productive capacity in the recent two years is estimated at 7.5 per cent and a sharp decrease will occur ten years later. But in the short term the effect of economic fluctuation on economic growth is great, even decisive. In the above estimates the influences of possible changes in the financial system and policy have also been taken into consideration. |
