| Tiivistelmä: | In terms of aggregate, total volume of imports and exports in 1999 will reach $328 billion. In growth structure, China's exports will still remain zero growth, about $182 billion while imports are estimated at $146 billion an increase of about 4 percent. Countermeasures: to optimize product structure, further implement the tax refund policy to promote foreign trade, make the financial policies yield well, strive to develop new export growth point, continue to strengthen the government driving and guiding and give impetus to the reform of examination and approval system of foreign trade and restructuring of foreign trade enterprises. |
