| Tiivistelmä: | State-owned commercial enterprises occupy a dominant place on the market at present but they have not entered the market in terms of ideology, management means and construction of their mechanisms. Therefore, to strengthen the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, some measures should be accepted, such as practicing share-hold system, state-owned enterprises move to other countries and using way of management of private economy to run state-owned enterprises and so on. Development strategies of state-owned enterprises in the aspects of personnel and scale should also be studied. |
