| Tiivistelmä: | Research indicates that a moderate level of stress within the work environment is appropriate and often fosters productivity. The problem for both the individual and the organization is how to maintain an optimum stress level that avoids burnout and other health problems. The perception of the organization by each individual in it helps create the culture of that organization, and it is to a large extent that sense of culture that determines the level of stress that individuals experience. |
