| Tiivistelmä: | At present, China has entered the stage of introducing mainly the direct investment. So how to actively utilize securities markets to raise foreign funds has become an important topic in front of us. To do so, we should experience three stages. First, we should introduce indirect investment through investment fund, then attract the direct investment made by the overseas institutional investors examined and approved. At last, the direct investment by all the overseas investors will be allowed. So the sino-foreign cooperative investment fund , are the only choice for introducing foreign capital into securities markets in China at present. |
