| Tiivistelmä: | The too violent momentum of expanding the scale of foreign debt has placed the follow-up pressure on controlling the scale and loan payment. The latent contradictions in debt structure restrain the increase of investment returns of foreign debt. Besides, the pressure of loan and interest payment has exerted some harmful influence on the development of domestic economy. In view of the above, we should do the following: utilizing the loan given by the international financial organizations, which is the key to the cooperation between China and them; strengthening the loan management; striving for more preferential loans provided by the government; stressing economic returns on the premise of ensuring the key points; raising funds through normal channels to avoid debt risk. |
