Tiivistelmä:In the construction of large-scale retail trade, there exist such problems as high concentration, intense competition in the same trade, relatively insufficient demand of commodity market, high cost of construction and operation, irrational asset and liability, single mental state of business operation and inaccurately positioning in market. The strategic option of developing China's large-scale retail trade is as follows: The government should strengthen the macro regulation and control over retail trade. Enterprises should choose the breakthrough strategy in operation and management, such as creating brand-names. Besides, they should conduct operation of capital, develop actively rural market, embark on the road of general trading company, position themselves rationally and stress characteristics of operation.
