| Tiivistelmä: | In the current work of inviting outside investment, there exist such wrong practice as inviting outside investment by administrative means, and taking advantage of overseas tour, and doing a rush job of inviting outside investment. People have several wrong understandings. They stress going to special economic zones and big cities for inviting outside investment, the special preferential policies, the local resources and investment guidance and allowing foreign business people to earn money etc. In view of them, we should take the following tactics: fostering the correct idea on inviting outside investment, making clear the direction, key points and subject as well as responsibilities of inviting outside investment, taking a correct method and improving the environment for inviting outside investment. |
