| Tiivistelmä: | In view of China's market situation of supply exceeding demand, we should solve the problem of tending to be the same in industrial structure by taking the measures for "closing down, stop production, merger of enterprises and changing the line of production". Besides, we should open up the international market and establish a new system making production, supply, marketing and agriculture, industry, commerce, and science, trade, industry, agriculture a coordinated process internally and externally. We should both protect competition and develop economy of moderate scale. To this end, we should determine the moderate scale of a unit of shop for the determination of the optimal scale is of important significance under the condition of buyer's market. |
